I have ported over configuration from a Production ASA5520 that has anyconnect, hair pin vpn, split tunnel & a ton of NAT. I have ported over this configuration to an 5545-X and I am doing the cut over to this new 5545-X in a couple days. I have access to the router that the ASA5520 currentlt directly connects with. I am planning on shutting down the outside interface and swapping it's public IP over to the 5545-x outside interface. I am planning on clearing all ARP associations (NAT etc) to the 5520 on the router prior to connecting to the 5545-x. Does this sound about right or am I needing to think about more with such a move??? Any advice , suggestions would be very much apprecaited as I am hoping a smooth transition.
