Release notes for ASA Version 9.4(3)12

Where are release notes for 9.4(3)12 ? it's been a few days now and they are still not up?!?!? :(

Just a note for anyone Googling, this version is vulnerable to Bug CSCvd78303 and will stop passing traffic after 213 days uptime.  9.4(4)5 is the recommended upgrade path.
