Remote access VPN users , slow access to servers , slow internet , ASA 9.x

I m getting complains  from remote access VPN users , slow access to servers , slow internet , the asa code is 9X

Hi Ibrahim,

1) What is the internet speed are you getting on the local servers?

2) Are the remote users accessing internet through VPN?

3) Can you please check the speed at the remote site from where users are trying VPN access?
