reverse telnet to a pix console

i have a connectivity problem and would like to be able to console into a pix 501 from a 2501 router. I know i can do reverse telnet but how? I have a rollover cable in that site, and should go from aux on the router to console on the pix. what setup do i need to put on the router to use it?
