Root access for CiscoWorks server

I understand that to install Ciscoworks, I need root level permission. Do I need root access for any day to day activities? or through admin user I can login and maintain?

For 'admin' user, a unix levle profile will be craeted? or just a application level security?

Please help me out asap

You wouldn't require root access to the server on a day to day basis. admin user access to the application should be sufficient.

There will be no Solaris user created called admin.
