Rules Migration from Checkpoint to Cisco ASA 5585 Context

Hello,

We have Checkpoint firewall and we wanted to replace same with Cisco ASA 5580 in one of the context .

Wanted to know the steps for the same and also let me know , is there any tools avaible for migrating the rules from Check point to Cisco ASA.
