RV016 FIREWALL TOO STRICT. NEED TO OPEN PORTS??

i am getting hundreds of system log errors a day "connection refused- policy violation"  TCP 84.51,XXX,XXX:50985---208.99.XXX.XXX:62348 ON IXP3

This is blocking some of the devices on the lan from communicating with servers on the web etc.

i need the firewall to be less restrictive but not completely turned off so i lose remote access

also i have had a complaint that someone cant access their cisco vpn but can get online to surf

help!!!
