What exactly contains the SKU L-FPR4110T-TMC-3Y.

It is with fully Cloud Sandboxing? Or what I need else for Sandboxing Cloud or better On-prem?

TMC is a bundle of all firepower licenses/subscriptions. By purchasing TMC you get the following licenses:

• Protection:

  intrusion detection and prevention, file control, Security Intelligence filtering

• Malware:
  advanced malware protection (network-based malware detection and blocking)
• URL Filtering
  category and reputation-based URL filtering

The malware license includes AMP, which lets you send files to the ThreatGRID sandbox which can be located on-site or in the cloud.
