Scanner alerts need help

Folks,

                  We have a couple of Nexus devices and IOS devices on very recent codes. However we have a network vunerability scanner that keeps alerting us on the following:

1) Deprecated SSH Cryptographic settings

2) SSH Server Public Key too small

Does anyone know how I can fix these alerts from the network vulnerability scanner. All posts will be rated and helpful answers would be highly appreciated.
