Hi, I have an issue with cisco Firepower 4110. Firewall Security Engine Service State is not responding. We can connect to Chassis via Managment IP but FMC can not connect to FTD. Please help me to resolve this issue

Was this working previously or is it brand new and has never worked?
If it was working previously, were there any changes to the system just before it stopped working?

Sorry for late respond. I contacted with Cisco TAC and had to reset firewall to factory default, it's working.

This means that blade (which runs FTD) cannot start its operating system (SSP OS) or went into some bad state. I.e. this is most likely not a logical application (FTD) issue. You can use few FXOS commands to confirm.
! Will display all faults in the system
show fault
! "physical state" of compute blade
scope chassis 1
show slot
show server
! "software state" so to say
scope ssa
scope slot 1
show detail
show app-instance
show fault
! versions / upgrade status
scope system
show firmware expand detail
