Security Zone

Hi All

i was designing a network topology and there is one server and this server is accessed through VPN however the VPN users are not our corporate users but more trusted than internet or public users so my question is where to put the server either on DMZ Zone or in my server farm network security wise which one is best to place the server.

This server could be used as a jump-point into your network. The only secure place for this server is a DMZ with strict access-control in the direction of your internal network.
