Anyconnect Plus quantity of users

Hi

i have Cisco ASA 5508X. I have 200 users who use VPN access to our resources.But actually, per day, users made  no more than 80 VPN connections.

If i buy any connect Plus 25-99, can i create 200 users, when per day are made approximately 80 VPN connections.

The PLUS license counts the people that use the VPN, not the concurrent connections. If you have 200 users and all of them use the VPN from time to time, you need 200 licenses.
