Send File on YM trouble

helo, i'm using ASA 5520. I cannot download file from YM.

are you going via any proxy or url filtering software? ASA doesn't block any file transfer. What kind of access do you have for your system in the ASA?

yes, i have Bluecoat proxy but system not blocking file transfer from YM

can u et a direct access and try to exchange files on YM without using the proxy? this will confirm if ASA has a problem?
