SFR module interface 'DataPlaneInterface0' is not receiving any packets

FMC is reporting interface 'DataPlaneInterface0' is not receiving any packets from one of six SFR modules managed by FMC after it was removed from and then added back to FMC. In other words, it wasn't reporting this error until it was removed and added back to FMC. All policies (health, access, etc.) are the same and all are deployed to the affected SFR module and the other 5 SFR modules. None of the other SFR modules are having this issue which makes me think it has something to do with removing and adding back the SFR module to FMC. Command show traffic-statistics shows higher TX and RX than what is reported in FMC, command show service-policy sfr says "SFR: card status Up, mode fail-open" but packet input and packet output is 0, command capture test interface asa_dataplane real-time shows traffic being captured, and command show conn shows four TCP connections without the "X - inspected by service module" flag. The service policy of the affected ASA is configured the same as the other firewalls. When the service policy was deleted and added back on the affected firewall, the error cleared for a minute but then came back. All ASA firewalls are standalone units (not HA pairs). FMC version is 6.2.3 (Build 66).
