1. Yes.
2. Everything from 8x5xNBD (Next business day) hardware return with 24x7 telephone support to on-site spares (or even an engineer with 24x7 support), depending on how much you want to pay.
3. If you have a backup config, the TAC can help you revert to it if you have a support contract. If you don't, then they cannot.

Hi Marvin,
We have 8x5xNBD (Next business day) hardware return for our ASA5585. RMA number received on 10.Aug.2017 for power supply replacement. Today 24.08.2017, we still don't have estimated date for it.
Could i have SLA conditions?
I am from Turkey.
