SPAM hits

We have got hit by SPAM mails. The source being the same from @xxx.com and our email id is @xxx.com.We tried blocking IP address but since the source IP is varying it didnt help.How can i get it fixed using IDSM?

I think that email spam protection can be obtained by using CSC-SSM Module along with cisco security appliance.You may have to modify the signatures(3106-0) in the IPS inorder to enable spam filtering.Also you can try using the product named "IRONPORT" which is specially designed for email spam protection.
