Speed Difference On PIX 515E interfaces

Hi does anyone know of any thing that might cause a problem with traffic going from one interface to another and have a big spped difference. I have a Pix 515E UR running 7.0.4 software i am seeing this problem between my inside and outside interfaces. any suggestion or clues would greatly be welcome.

Duplex miss configuration can cause performance problems.

Check Switch and PIX interface settings and be sure to use the same settings.

All ports set to 100mb full duplex on switchs and firewalls. but the speed issue is still there.
