SSL Question

How do I get a different SSL certificate, so this is not an issue: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/cisco-sa-20050824-idsmc.shtml

Can I simply purchase a certificate from VeriSign? If yes how do you install them?

You should upgrade the OS on your IDS box. That will fix the problem and probably be cheaper than an SSL cert.
