We replaced our old 5510/TM CSC with a 5525X with Firesight. One thing I have been looking for and have yet to find, or find documentation on, is how to block URL categories during a specific subset of the day like we could with the TM.

Anyone know if this is possible with the new system?

That can't be done on FirePower.
