Hello everybody,
I'm trying to sync time on our ids with our internal devices. Per the directions for the 4210 (v. 4.1), I've setup a router as an ntp server and set the ids to point to the router as a time source. I believe I've setup everything correctly and have double-checked everything to no avail. There is a time difference of exactly 5 hours. Both devices are setup as EST. At this point, I can't get into the Event Viewer, because of the time difference.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreaciate it.
Chris
