Not sure about Sourcefire but ACS and ISE and Prime all use RedHat Linux, RCHSA is what I use for studying for it , its broken into 2 courses

All the newer versions of ISE lock the customer out of the underlying Linux shell. Only the TAC can access it with a one time (24 hour) key and secure tunnel.
ACS is end of sales and there's very little if any call to access the Linux cli.
All you need to know about the Linux under the FirePOWER appliances can be summed up in a page or so of simple commands such as ls, df, grep, cd and so forth. Any basic *nix tutorial will do for that purpose.
