Transparent FW design

Hi,

I have the requirment to install two 5585-X ASA (active/passive) intransparent mode and create 4 virtual context so I can punch trough OSPF between upstream and downstream switches.

I would like to have any views on this type of design and If any one is running this kind of setup .

Any sample config or url ?
