Trying to change FQDN name on 4100 FTD device

Hello,

I'm working with one of my customers to fix an issue they are having with some new FTD devices they just brought online. They've found that syslog log messages are coming up with the wrong name from the new FMC FTD devices. When attempting to change the FQDN name we get the following error:

The DNS_Servrs key value in not valid. Please provide a valid input.

I haven't been able to find any references to this error message through my own online research. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How does the name look like in syslog you that you want to change?
Where are you trying to change the FQDN and what are you trying to change it to?
