Hi guys,

I have setup cisco ASA5520 with SSM10 on Transparent mode. I am able to access ASA5520 via both CLI and ASDM.

However, i am only able to access SSM10 via CLI only. Whenever i tried to access using ASDM, i am getting "Unable to launch device manager from <sensor IP>" error.

Please let me know if i missed out anytinhg.

Hi,

I got Cisco TAC involved with this issue as well who are also currently unable to find the root cause of this. Cisco have now escalated this internally to their development team, it would be interesting to see what Cisco come back with. In the mean time, let me downgrade my java version as suggested by jcarvaja.

Thanks,

Raj Sandhu
