We are getting issue while creating cluster of FTD 4110 devices.
Below are the steps we performed while creating the cluster between two FTDs
FTD1:
1)Created port-channels for Data and CCL
2)Added FTD module and allocated data and CCL port-channels to it
3)Defined parameters like mgmt interface,hostname,cluster key,FMC ip,management ip,cluster name.also defined chassis ID-1 and site id-1
after that FTD 1 came up and became Master unit.Below is the output of "show cluster info"

There is no other unit in the cluster
FTD2:
1)we performed first two steps mentioned above.
2)selected "join cluster"option and copied config of FTD 1.
3)Defined all parameters for FTD 2 and applied config(defined chassis ID-2 and site id-1)
FTD2 came up but instead of joining the cluster as a slave, it became Master.Below is the output of "show cluster info"

Issue: Though we defined chassis id as 2 for FTD2,it is becoming the Master
