Have you tried any of the many solutions to this problem that have been posted here and elsewhere?

Start with these:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/adaptive-security-device-manager/110282-asdm-tshoot.html

https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/asdm-access-troubleshooting/ta-p/3122148

If you go through them and still have an issue then please reply with more details.

Hints:

http 192.168.80.138 255.255.255.255 inside

...will restrict ASDM access to that single host.

Also you have no ASDM image specified in your running config.

Hi MArvin,

Thank you for your reply,

Issue is resolved

  1. I configured the path to asdm image
  2. Change to encryption to ssl encryption rc4-sha1 aes128-sha1 aes256-sha1 3des-sha1
  3. I tested three days, it is stable

Thank you
