HI

I need help in routing FW.

The HQ FW is connected to  outside int to router the other Int for Router is connected to Br Off Router.

From FW i am able to ping to BR-OFF Router interface

From BR router can ping to HQ ruter int connected to FWI , but unable to ping internal network.

BR-Office Router is connected User laptop, i can ping to user Laptop IP connected to another int of router.

I want to make RDP to the BR-OFF laptop which connected to BR-Router.

I have connected my pc to FW internal interface able to ping to my gatway ip but unable to ping to my HQ router from my pc.

I want to do RDP of BR-Laptop.

Please kindly suggest Thanks

Hi,

Its hard to say without seeing any configurations at all and not knowing the software level of the firewall at all.

Usually you would be missing ICMP Inspection and some type of NAT0 configuration possibly when you are not able to ICMP through a ASA firewall.

Naturally with RDP connections there can always be limitations with the actual host to which you are trying to RDP to. Connections can be blocked by local firewall or the host simply be configured not to accept RDP connections at all.
