I'm trying to upate the version of the Sourcefire device thatr we have in the company, but I'm getting this error:

 Any thoughts?

Hi Pablo, a couple of questions for you:

1. What version are you trying to upgrade to?

2. What is the model of your FireSIGHT appliance?

3. What is the model of your 3D Sensor?

4. Did you already upgrade the FireSIGHT appliance to the new code?
