upgrade 5550 from 7.1(2)

I have a cisco asa5500 that working in Active/Standby mode with:

Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 7.1(2)
Device Manager Version 5.1(2)

Hardware:   ASA5550, 3968 MB RAM, CPU Pentium 4 3000 MHz
Internal ATA Compact Flash, 256MB
BIOS Flash Firmware Hub @ 0xffe00000, 1024KB

What are the steps for upgrade to a last releases ASA and ASDM?
