Upgrade ASA 5540 from 8.0(4) to 8.2(4)

Hi..

We are planning an ASA upgrade from 8.0(4) to 8.2(4)….

2 Units in Failover. Hardware:   ASA5540-K8, 1024 MB RAM, CPU Pentium 4 2000 MHz

Has anyone faced any issue / configuration challenge in terms of supported commands and features.

Also please make me aware of best practice and things to keep in mind for successful upgrade.

You should not have any issues, the recommendation however is to go over the release notes:

We do not have any Hardware Related Concerns.

We Just want to know do we need to face any challenges in  the NAT which is already configured in the existing 8.0

Kindly let us know if there is any changes in NAT scenario between these two version.

NAT does not change from 8.0 to 8.2

NAT does change completely if you move to 8.3
