Upgrade path from 8.2.3?

Can I upgrade from 8.2.3 to 8.4 or would it be better to upgrade to 8.3.2 first?

You should be able to upgrade from 8.2.3 to 8.4 without any issues. But refer to these guides, before doing so kindly go through these docs:
