Upgrading CSA to 4.5 - How do I remove 4.0

There is only one entry in Windows 2000 add/remove programs for CSA, yet I have two versions installed - 4.0/4.5. Groups/Policies/Kits show all previous versions (4.0.1.540, 4.0.2.627, 4.0.3.720). How can I remove all of these 4.0 versions without affecting the 4.5 install? Is it an uninstall or a manual deletion of the rules/policies/kits?

Uninstalling 4.0 is done by uninstalling CiscoWorks from the VMS server. Both CSA 4.03 and CSA 4.5 are available to uninstall, therefore choosing 4.03 will allow you to remove 4.0.

Removing previous versions or rules/policies/kits, etc, can just be deleted from CSAMC by selecting them and deleting. There is no uninstall for these.
