I have zero experience with Cisco ASA's, although I do have extensive experience with other firewalls.
My new employer is replacing 5520's with 5555's. Is there an upgrade tool or process that will import and upgrade the configuration from the 5520's for use in the 5555, or must they be configured manually?
Thanks

If you can make sure the 5520's are running modern software (8.4(7) or better) then the configs will be almost identical. If you are using older software I would be tempted to upgrade the ASA 5520's to 8.4(7) first so they do the config changes for you.
With that done it is almost a copy and paste. Maybe the interface names might change.

One thing I should have mentioned is that the old 5520's are not in multiple context, and the new 5555X's are in multiple context. Will this make any difference to your answer?
Thanks

Hmm, move the config onto one of the 5555's, and then form a failover cluster.
