upgrading IOS

Hi,

I'm using Cisco PIX515E and i need to erase flash completely and need to install OS 7.0 . PLease help me with commands to erase and to install OS 7.0 Thanks in advance

It has ASDM as well as command line.

when you upgrade it asks (Option) about to erase the config and erase the config.
