Solved: upgrading PIX 506 E IOS

Hi

i have a pix 506e, with 6.3(4) version of ios. What would be the next or the latest version that i can upgrade to that my box would support.

Correct me if m wrong, I have heard that i cant upgrade my box to PIX IOS 7...

Hi,

The latest version that the 506E supports is 6.3(5) - although there was talk of getting the 506E to support version 7 it hasn't appeared and with the release of the ASA 5505 I suspect 6.3(5) will be the last version.
