URL and Content Filtering in IOS- What is in EOS/EOL?

Hi Everyone,

Content Filtering is now in EOS,

but, how about URL filtering for cisco IOS?
Is it as well in EOS/EOL? 


To add on that, how do I update the URL filtering protocol lists in the cisco router? Is it built in on the image?

Hi,

You have to go with Cisco ISR Web Security with Cisco ScanSafe license / product to continue doing your filtering on contents/phising/filtering etc....

Please do contact your cisco partner for more information on the product....

Thanks for the response, but you technically didnt answer my question xD

as of know Content filtering is in EOS/EOL. As the link I have provided suggested.
What I am asking is:

1. is URL Filtering in EOS/EOL as well?

2. is the URL protocol lists updated through IOS?
