URL Filtering registration failure error FMC

I have a newly deployed FMC, which is registered to my smart license account.

I however see this error- "URL Filtering registration failure", for the URL Filtering monitor. Any idea what is causing it an dhow to get rid of it

Hi,

I have an allow all rule from my FMC mgt interfaces IP to any internet based destination, so there are no blocks and theres internet access, i also have smart licensing and my fmc is in-sync with the smart licensing server.

I am however still getting the URL Filtering registration failure error, i tried restarting the FMC but still getting the same error
