I am trying to get a netoptics bypass switch installed and I'm having trouble getting one of them to work. NetOptics seems to think the IPS unit might be blocking the heartbeat packet. My question is does anyone here know which signature this might be related to on the IPS.
Also, I've gotten two other bypass switches to work with the same IPS (this leads me to believe it's a hardware issue with the bypass switch, but I just wanted to cover my bases).
