Hi there! I have ran into this issue before and it was down to a bad RAM stick. If RMA is an option I would start there and reach out to TAC. If RMA is not an option then I would suggest you open the ASA, remove one of the RAM sticks and try to power it on again. Repeat the process for the rest of the RAM in the box.
