I have a Cisco Valet Plus model 20 router. Starting about a week ago, I have been unable to access many different sites on the Internet. The problem does not appear to be computer related (Have tried both an HP Pavilion Elite m9426f and Surface 3) and have tried using both Firefox and Internet Explorer as interface programs. Both computers do appear to handle non-internet processes like E-mail correctly, and I can reach some sites which may have local (near Rochester, NY) connection to WWW. ; My provider is TWC cable (TV - phone - internet). I have heard of a 'denial of service' problem with the WWW, and wonder if this is related? Contacted TWC and the contact had no reports of problems on his end. Anyone else having problems with this router? Or other suggestions of where to look next. Thank you.
2017. Received no responses or help. Replaced router. No longer a problem. Closed.
