Video not accessible while packet traverses ASA

Hi

The users from the inside zone lan placed behind ASA are not able to access the videos .The user LAN is Hide NATTED behind the Outside interface of ASA in order to access the Internet traffic.Hence please guide as to what could be the probable caused.Is there any Modular policy framework parameter / inspect protocol which is blocking the same

There is no modular blocking afaik, check your config.

This is probably because of RTSP Inspection , i think that there is no need to check the config as usual ACLs wont block the video
