1.) CiscoWorks CD One
2.) CiscoWorks Common services
I am not sure any more which one is first ? But I think it is this way.
3.) CiscoWorks Resource Manager Essentials
4.) CiscoWorks Security management Center
5.) CiscoWorks VPN Monitor
CiscoWorks Cisco Secure Policy Manager v.3.x and Cisco IDS Host Sensor and Console (Entercept) cannot coexist with the other applications on the same server see Documentation of Totourial CD.
Please note that the Entercept HIDS was replaced with the Cisco Security Agent (CSA) Solution, which is integrated into VMS 2.2. Host IDS need a supplemantary License so if you dont have one do not install this software.
By the way why do you not upgarde directly to VMS version 2.2 instead of installing 30 patches to get to version 2.2 and by the way a lot of new applications were added to VMS 2.2.

As long as you install
1.) CiscoWorks CD One
2.) CiscoWorks Common services
first , all other applications you mentioned have no dependencies with each other.
If there is dependency , the installation will prompt and exit, so dont worry too much about it.
Other then VMS2.2 ( Router MC / FW MC / IDS MC / Security Monitor ) ,
CiscoWorks Monitoring Center for Performance.
replaces VPN Monitor and with more device / feature support but require a separate CD install which is not included in VMS2.2.
