VMS SQL-database question

Hi,

Is it possible to install VMS and have it point to a SQL 2000 Server database which resides on another host in the network OR is it neccessary that the SQL 2000 database be installed on the same server as the VMS server ?? Thank You.

As far as I know, there is no such restriction which says that you need to have the database should be installed on the same server as VMS...
