The VPN connection that is being established to the concentrator, Is this a VPN Client software connecting to the 3005 . If this is the case, you can only run 1 VPN client per computer. So if you are running the Citrix VPN client, that is the problem. You will need to turn the Citrix client without VPN features.
Additionally with remote access and with Citrix type of applications one generally tends to run into MTU / Fragmentation errors.
Try the following. From the Client system, once connected to the 3000,try and ping the Citrix server with the following paramters.
ping w.x.y.z -f -l 1450
where w.x.y.z is the ip address of the Citrix server. If you do not recieve successful replies then reduce the 1450 to 1425 and test again. Keep reducing this value till you get the successfull replies.
