I have setup a vpn access and it works fine. The only thing a can't is connecting to a sever in the dmz zone.
What must i do to configure this. People want to acces a exchange server wich is in the dmz zone.

I assume you have outside to inside vpn over vpn and servers are in DMZ zone.
You can have access-list configured on DMZ port opening VPN traffic to DMZ specified server.
E.g
access-list VPN_DMZ permit tcp host vpnip dmz serverip eq port

During VPN setup, did you include the DMZ zone network in your protected network list?
