VPN Client configuration on ASA 5505

I received the following error message when testing a new vpn client connection. what is the cause of error msg and How can i resolve it.

Fragmented msg rcvd with no associated SA (PacketReceiver:133)

Make sure that the VPN client and the ASA have exactly he same group name and password configure as misconfiguration may cause this error.Check the configurations on ASA.
