VPN clientless plugins

I’m trying configuring VPN clientless access to ASA 5506-X. To do so I need the related plugins ( https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=279916854&release=1.0.0&softwareid=282829226&sortparam= ).
I’m not able to find plugins specific for ASA 5506-X. I’ve found they for 5510. I thinks the they are related to IOS, not to a specific model of ASA. Is this correct, can I use those for 5510?

One more, to download plugins from cisco.com, seems, I need a valid service contract (?!). Why so. Is VPN clientless functionality non included with the product?

Thanks for help,
Fabrizio

The plugins are not for a specific ASA, you can use the ones that are located in the 5510-DL-section.

Clientless VPN is a feature that needs an additional license. You need the AnyConnect APEX or VPN-Only-license for that:

I don't think the plugins are specific to ASA platform nor to OS version.

I tested them out on an ASAv running 9.8(1) and anyconnect 4.5, and it seems to work. I get a java error and I am not able to test all the way.

It seems like Cisco decided not to update the plugins anymore and because of that they did not include them in the NGFWs downloads.

To download anything from Cisco you need a user associated to a valid service contract. Your Cisco Partner should be able to help you with that.

Thanks for the information.
