VPN Licenses for Cisco Firepower 4100

I have to configure Site to Site VPN on Cisco Firepower 4100 with FTDs .... does Site to Site VPN require any licensing ?

Also, does multi instance FTD support Site to Site VPN ?

Hi, for Site to Site VPN you don't need any extra license.
Extra license are needed for AnyConnect sessions and not for Site to Site VPN.
Below you can find the link to the multi-instance capabilities and from that seems that there aren't limitations on VPN.
