Want to know how many packets per second a 525 pix firewall handles

In documents Cisco says it support 370 Mbps in clear text, but want to know if this is analogous to handle packets per second or if there´s a specification for packets.

Want to know if this is the correct equipment to place in a network that will have 5000 SMTP users, with 10Mbps of bandwidth. 4950 users will have 50 MB mail boxes and 50 users will have 500MB mail boxes. Please advise if this is the correct equipment to use or need one bigger.

The Data sheet says 330 Mbps not 370, also you will only get the number of connections a pix can support and not the number of users,
