I have two Layer 3 switches. SW1 has VLAN with 5 workstations. SW2 has a single workstation with a routed port as it only has 1 workstation.
Topology is:
Workstation 1-5 -> SW1 (VLAN) -> ASA
Workstation 6 -> SW2 (NO VLANS) -> Router
On SW2 I have the no switchport option enabled, I know spantree features are enabled by default and normally you need to protect the switch with spanning-tree portfast and spanning-tree bpduguard enable but should I still run these commands if I am using no switchport?
